How This All Started
Back in early 2018, a friend asked me to sort through three years of financial chaos. Receipts in bags, random Excel files, bank statements printed and highlighted in three different colors. It was a proper disaster.
What struck me wasn't just the mess. It was that this business owner had been losing sleep over something completely fixable. They weren't irresponsible or careless – they just needed someone who actually understood financial record systems.
That first cleanup took weeks. But when we finished, watching them finally understand their cash flow patterns made something click. This was the work I wanted to do.
